Returns and Exchange Policy
- Currently, we are not accepting Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
- Upon receiving your parcel, please record an unboxing video without any pauses.
- For cases of missing or damaged items, claims will be entertained only if accompanied by the unboxing video.
- At present, our delivery service is available exclusively in Vizianagaram.
